I'm so excited to introduce you to Fern! She is needle felted from the most wonderful shade of fibre, dyed right here in New Zealand. I have sculpted her with such a sweet petite face and lovely big glass eyes. Her stitching is a soft baby lemon which suits her so well.
Little Handfuls are firmly needle felted and each one is One-Of-A-Kind as no patterns are used in their creation. They are 5 way jointed and come with their named and signed swing tag as well as a sewn on tag with their name.

This woman has been very rude to me, I asked for payment back because of her not being able to send to the USA and I already had payed for Reese's and Cruise (2 bears that she has relisted). She had lacked communication with me I had to go through PayPal to get my money back and she still owes me $25.00, she has sent very rude comments to me and has blocked me. I WOULD NOT TRUST HER!!! VERY DISHONEST!!! VERY HATEFUL IN HER MESSAGES!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HER AND HOW SHE TREATED ME AND EVERYTHING WAS OUT OF MY CONTROL!!! I have ordered from many artists for several years and never have I been treated like this... I was wondering if you have heard about these new tariffs that the President here in the US has put on the countries. I have just learned of this and I don't think the bears can be sent to the United States. I think it is so unfair. Can you tell me what your postal services are saying?

Hi Julie, I just realised this too. Yesterday our postal services announced that they aren't sending anything to the US. I haven't had a chance to visit my local office but will do so as soon as I can. If things look like a solution will be in place soon I will happily hold them till they are able to be sent, but if it is going to be super expensive I will let you know. When I looked recently it had gone from $25nzd to $85nzd which I don't imagine you would want to pay for postage. I'll let you know what I find out. Thanks, Liza

Hi Julie, it's not looking good. I had a look at sending through my work and it's gone up to $85nzd, plus with the new codes you have to use there is a chance it could be refused after paying all that money. I don't think it's worth it currently. I haven't checked at the local post office yet, can do so if you like as I have another one I need to check as well.

Hi Julie, sorry for the delay. I discovered that you can't refund from paypal directly from credit card. I had moved what was in there out mostly, right after your payment as I had no idea there would be issues. :( So I was hoping to make another sale to cover it, I listed a new bear but she didn't go unfortunately. Will have a look at sending directly rather than a refund perhaps, but not ideal.

Because people can request refunds through paypal if I send it directly you can still request one later and if the funds are there it will go through. So it's not a safe practise which was why I was hoping to do it through the refund process, then it's all accounted for properly.

I told you the above so you would understand some people are dishonest and I was trying to protect us both. I'm very disappointed that you just went through paypal. I found out today that we can now ship to the US again. This really isn't my error, your country has been messing with postage etc for a while now and when buying from outside your country you really should make sure you are informed. I only just opened my shop again after a long break and I don't follow foreign news but even I knew something was going on. I didn't expect anyone would bid from the US honestly and didn't know that was where you were from when you enquired. I'm sorry you didn't trust me to send your money back, I work full time as well and we are in different time zones so communication has been a bit patchy. I have had to follow the process you started. I hope it is all finished now!
